“From visa to nationality, we legally accompany your integration in Portugal”

Within the scope of Immigration Law, we provide legal assistance and zealously accompany our clients in all the procedures before the competent authorities, AIMA (Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum) and IRN (Institute of Registries and Notaries).

We act in the application for residence visas for various purposes: in the case of subordinate or independent professional activity; entrepreneurship, teaching, research and highly qualified activities; remote work abroad; studies, internships, exchanges and volunteering and also in cases of family reunification.

We provide legal support for applications for Residence Permits for Investment Activities (ARI), also known as "Gold Visas", which allow third country nationals to obtain legal residence in Portugal by carrying out certain investment activities set out in Law no.: 23/2007, of July 4, to be carried out in Portugal for a minimum period of five years. We also assist our clients in renewing this residence permit, ensuring that the application is submitted on time in accordance with the cumulative requirements laid down by law for maintaining the respective investment activity in Portugal.

We intervene in applications for temporary or permanent residence permits, as well as in the renewal of temporary residence permits, ensuring that the application is submitted on time, in order to avoid administrative offenses punishable by fines and guaranteeing that the constituent remains in Portugal in a regular situation and in compliance with their legal duties.

We assist foreign citizens with the single application for a Social Security Identification Number (NISS), Tax Identification Number (NIF) and National NHS User Number (NMU) with the relevant authorities: Social Security, the Tax and Customs Authority and the National Health Service.

We also provide support in applying for a Social Security Identification Number (NISS) for children and young people, either for the purpose of accessing social benefits provided for by law: such as family allowance for children and young people, prenatal social allowance, disability allowance or other support, or simply to ensure their integration into the Portuguese social protection system.
